Ashton Park Estates has added new large sites, with beautiful mature trees. Sites are minimum 65′ x 65′ offering plenty of room for your Northlander park model, deck, parking etc.

Experience our serene haven for as little as $499 per month, plus applicable taxes. Our generously sized lots boast a minimum area of 65’x65’. The season spans from April 15 to October 31st, offering ample time to enjoy the natural beauty. Water is inclusive, and our new sites feature 30-amp service for your convenience. All sites are seamlessly integrated into a sewer system, eliminating the need for pump-outs.

Enhance your stay with our optional boat storage and exclusive access to a private dock, available for a one-time fee of $1,500.00.
